The “Last Tree”, is a bird house that aims to represent that unstable balance between the man and the nature world. According with this concept idea, the bird house it’s designed to grow as a tree towards the sky, but at the same time, with its inclined structure, it also wants to represent that tension between the human and natural world caused by the deforestation.

 

The bird house itself, it’s composed with two parts that are combined together as a metaphor of the union of man and nature, together, unified to create a space where life can happen and to give to the planet a hope for a better world.

 

With its simple elements, the “Last Tree” it’s composed by wood panels that can be easily cut and joint all together, to build a bird house that aim to let people to reflect on the meaning of our actions and on that unstable balance which can be easily broken, if we don’t change our direction towards nature.
